The Conversion Specialist is a critical role here at Trend Up Media. Your goal is to convert interested leads into qualified set-in-stone sales appointments on the Google Calendars of our customers. You directly contribute to the bottom lines of our customers. Your conversational messaging (Conversational Messaging Guide) skills, speed to lead, and tenacity will make you successful in this role and revered among the customers you serve.


  1. Converting interested leads into appointments.
  2. Managing all Autopilot conversations across our customers’ accounts. Management includes replying to and conversing with leads, adding the appropriate tags, and marking conversations as closed.
  3. Communicating with the customer in Basecamp when a new appointment is scheduled.
  4. Reviewing the Response Log to audit the AI’s learnings, deleting anything it learns that does not align with Conversational Messaging Principles.
  5. Give list targeting feedback to Data Specialists.


  • Education: Does not matter
  • Experience: At least six months of experience in marketing
